⚡️ HOT TIP: Keep Herbs Fresher Longer
Keep your herbs fresher longer and reduce food waste with this really simple tip. Simply trim the ends off your bunch of herbs, place into a jar (or similar vessel) with a few inches of water and place in the fridge.
This will slow down wilting by keeping them hydrated. Trimming the ends isn't exactly necessary, but it gets the old already dried out tips off and refreshes the stalk.
Remember, supporting local farmers benefits you too in many ways so considering purchasing your herbs from them during this growing season!
