We Downsized!
You may have seen, whether online or in person, that we downsized. I’ve been asked if we’re happy about it and the answer is absolutely, I initiated the whole process and am very grateful. We had almost 2000 square feet and it felt like a department store. I’m so excited to shift things around, get a bit cozier and have more fun with merchandising and displaying the awesome and unique things we carry.
So while we’ve lost square footage that’s about it.
We still have:
Our Community Roots plant wall (take a cutting, leave a cutting!)
Alex’s Little Free Library (located at our front door!)
Giant drums full of non-toxic, refillable products
Shelves lined with products made by other small businesses, selected with intention, thoughtfulness and love
Rad art everywhere
Alex’s kids table (a table for play, learning and creativity)
A LOT of good vibes, hard work and love
And while we still need a counter, some storage and to play with moving things around - that’s the fun part and we’ve got plenty of time. Come by to see the new space and say hi!
